Pharnabazus, pers. Satrap von Bithynien unter den Königen Darius II. u. Artaxerxes II., der zuerst gegen Athen, nach dessen Demüthigung gegen Sparta die Interessen der pers. Politik sehr gewandt zu vertreten wußte.
