Confusio, 1) Zusammenmengung von flüssigen Sachen mehrerer Eigenthümer, entweder durch Uebereinkunft od. durch Zufall. 2) Zusammentreffen von Recht und Verbindlichkeit in einer Person, z.B. wenn der Schuldner Erbe des Gläubigers, der Servitutsberechtigte Eigenthümer des dienenden Grundstücks wird.
