Communi ital., Gemeinden, deutsche Gemeinden am Südabhange der Alpen; die C. Tredici (13 Gemeinden) in der Provinz Verona und die Sette (7 Gemeinden) in der Provinz Vicenza; sie stammen wahrscheinlich von deutschen Einwanderern im Mittelalter, amalgamiren sich neuester Zeit mehr u. mehr mit den rings um sie her wohnenden Italienern.
