Palm , Joh. Phil., geb. 1766 zu Schorndorf, Buchhändler in Nürnberg, verbreitete 1806 eine gegen Napoleon feindselige polit. Flugschrift (»Deutschland in seiner tiefsten Erniedrigung«) im Rücken der franz. Armee, wurde verhastet und auf Berthiers Befehl mit Verletzung des Völkerrechts nach Braunau gebracht, durch ein Kriegsgericht auf beschleunigte und unregelmäßige Weise zum Tod verurtheilt und am 26. Aug. 1806 erschossen.
