Dianthus, Nelke od. Grasblume, eine an schönen Arten reiche Pflanzengattung, und unter diesen die Gartennelke allbekannt und beliebt. Sie gehört der Familie der Caryophyllaceae an (s. d. Art.), und bei Linné zur Decandria Digynia.
